Series 70 smoker ovens are perfect for smaller volume foodservice operations. This series is designed for smoke-cooking or cold-smoking small quantities of product, whether it is a special of the day or a smoked ingredient or two. With its small footprint, it is the perfect size for delis and crowded kitchens. If you have just over 2 square feet of floor space you can add genuine barbecue, natural wood smoked foods, cold-smoked salmon and cheese, and many more smoked items to your menu.

The SMARTSMOKER 076 SS Oven is solidly built in the USA of 16 and 18-gauge carbon steel and stainless steel. Model SM076 has stainless steel sides with a stainless steel top and interior. The 1000F insulation surrounding the sides and top keeps it safe and cool on the outside. Clean up is a snap. Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a pan which can be washed and reused, or discarded.
